How do I place an order on the website? Add the items you want to your cart, then follow the checkout steps (delivery and payment). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been registered.
When placing an order on the website, you can choose to:
- place an order as a guest, without creating a customer account; or
- log in to your existing customer account; or
- create a customer account if you wish to benefit from the features associated with it.
Creating a customer account is therefore not required to place an order on the website.
How can I check if an item is available in my size? Available stock is shown directly on each product page, for every size and color.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been confirmed? Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. If you need to make a change, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.
Will I receive an invoice for my order? Yes, an invoice is automatically generated and sent by email, and remains available in your customer account.
Once your order has been paid for, you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember to check your spam folder.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. All transactions are secure. If your bank declines the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Is payment on your website secure? Yes. All transactions are secure and encrypted through a certified payment provider. We never store your banking details.
